Here is my first update video for my 12 Weeks of KETO experiment. The first week did NOT go as planned. However, I have gathered a lot of valuable data already! The Egg Fast was actually very enjoyable, and I have been able to identify some foods that trigger me to just eat, and also how many calories I can eat to feel full.
I really hated talking about those poor choices and overeating experiences, but I want to be 100% transparent with this experiment and with all of you. Here’s to getting stronger!
