Hi everyone! Thanks for joining me for my weekly keto diet update. “My diet is better than your diet.” Sound familiar? In this week’s update, I talk about an incident that happened to me. I reached out to a keto group for support and received a lot of feedback. I have found that diet opinions can be very polarizing in several different camps. It’s enormously unproductive. The bottom line is respect for everyone’s individual choices should be paramount. Hope you guys enjoy the update! Please share any of your own similar experiences.
