Hey everyone! Now that I’m figuring out how to balance more, keeping up with my business, Legg Day Fitness, which recently launched the end of March, I’m trying to be more consistent with my YouTube content.
I have received some cool fitness stuff that I wanted to share with all of you. I only put products out there that I support. The first item was from The Fit Boxx. The next review was on pork rinds, yes pork rinds. This KETO approved high fat, low carb, decent protein option satisfies any potato chip craving out there. Lastly, essential oils. I have been implementing them into my life and I’ve notice a change in my overall mood.
What is KETO? KETO is a high fat, low carb, moderate approach to eating. When you consume lower calories from carbohydrates, your body starts burning fat instead. This is supposed to ultimately lower blood sugar levels, increasing the production of ketone bodies.
