The Ketogenic Diet & Body Type Tips

There are 4 body types, ovary, liver, adrenal and thyroid. ADRENAL: -Add more protein, add more sleep, keep your potassium higher, more vitamin C food and more cholesterol food (egg yolk). OVARY: -Make sure you do organic to avoid herbacides, non-GMO food, avoid excess estrogen and soy. More cholesterol foods are also recommended because ovary hormones are make from cholesterol. Cruciferous foods and iodine from sea kelp is also recommended. Also try to keep your proteins at 6 ounces. Thanks for clicking on this dairy-free full day of keto eating! I don’t know about you but I love a nice creamy dressing for my salads and there aren’t many healthy dairy free ones out there so in this video I share my FAV. You can add all sorts of mix ins and flavors to make it your own but it is seriously good! Also, let’s talk Mounds… yum! ____Mounds fat bombs____ center filling 1 bag unsweetened coconut flakes (blend in food processor if you want smaller pieces) 1 can full fat coconut milk or coconut cream 3-4 Tablespoons powdered erythritol *mix together and form centers, freeze to set. chocolate coating 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate 1 oz cacao butter (coconut oil will work too) liquid sweetener to taste (I used liquid sucralose) *melt fat and chocolate together on double boiler or in microwave on 30 second increments until completely mixed and liquid, add sweetener (you can also add vanilla extract if you’d like) once centers are set (best if frozen so the chocolate sets quic

Yogurts are out – because they contains lots of sugar, even the plain has 10 grams of sugar. Milk is pretty high – 12 grams sugar, but cheese, certain cheeses are zero sugars, but in general cheese is okay because it has very low sugar except for processed cheese, which is crazy high – 19 grams. Have you ever found a recipe in a book or magazine that wasn’t low carb, but looked delicious? Happens to me all the time! Today, we’re looking at a few techniques that low carb and keto cooks can use to lower the carb counts of a recipe. It’s not always possible, but with a little ingenuity, we can usually make it work. Today’s recipe is from the July 2017 issue of Southern Living magazine, one of my all-time favorite publications. Tucked away in the last few pages is a recipe for Zucchini Rice Gratin, which they state was inspired by Julia Child’s recipe for Tian de Courgettes au Riz (Zucchini Rice Gratin). We took a look at both recipes and developed a plan of attack to bring this beautiful casserole to the dinner tables of low carb and ketogenic eaters everywhere. What Diet is Best For You? 4 Fast and Easy Ketogenic Breakfast Recipes

Hey Everyone Im so sorry for the delay on this one. Ive been travelling in Japan and havent had the time to edit. I was able to finish it last night! so i hope you enjoy it. I quickly touch on the subject of Keto and give you 4 breakfast examples for it. Cooking starts at around 8.30 Recipes: No Carb Pancakes: 1 egg, 2 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/3 cup almond milk. Blend together. Adjust texture by leaving it in the fridge a little and waiting for the chia to solidify slowly or add more coconut flour. Cook like a regular pancake. Noatmeal: Briskly heat up 2 tbsp of chia, 2 tbsp of ground flax seeds with 1/3 cup of almond milk. From here, you can add almond flour and coconut flour should you wish. Thicken it up. Top with almond butter, bananas and 2 drops of stevia. Salmon Plate: Poach 2 eggs (1.5 liter of water – 1/3 cup white vinegar), slice up some radish, dice up avocados, season with sesame oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and a slice of lemon. Cau
