In this podcast, I’m going solo to talk about ketogenic dieting because it’s getting more and more hype these days for losing fat, gaining muscle, and improving general health and well-being. The question, of course, is whether or not it can live up to its reputation, and as you’ll see, my current answer is no, it can’t.
