Full Day of Eating Dairy Free Keto | Mounds Fat Bombs

I don’t know about you but I love a nice creamy dressing for my salads and there aren’t many healthy dairy free ones out there so in this video I share my FAV. You can add all sorts of mix ins and flavors to make it your own but it is seriously good! Also, let’s talk Mounds… yum! ____Mounds fat bombs____ center filling 1 bag unsweetened coconut flakes (blend in food processor if you want smaller pieces) 1 can full fat coconut milk or coconut cream 3-4 Tablespoons powdered erythritol *mix together and form centers, freeze to set. chocolate coating 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate 1 oz cacao butter (coconut oil will work too) liquid sweetener to taste (I used liquid sucralose) *melt fat and chocolate together on double boiler or in microwave on 30 second increments until completely mixed and liquid, add sweetener (you can also add vanilla extract if you’d like) once centers are set (best if frozen so the chocolate sets quickly) dip the centers into the melted chocolate and set on a non stick mat, plastic bag, or parchment paper to harden. store in the freezer or refrigerator. enjoy thawed 😉 ___________________________ Thanks for watching you guys!
