Another one of those nostalgia inducing dishes in my house as a child was Bhindi Alu with chapati. Now since I can’t have alu I decided to make a bhindi masala and have it with my keto tortilla which doubles up as a keto chapati. So here is the recipe. Enjoy! Wash and dry the orka very thoroughly ensuring it is dry 2. Chop the okra into small pieces 3. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in the pan and add the okra, season with salt and cover and cook for 2 minutes 4. Give the okra a good stir and cover and cook for further 2 minutes 5. Add in the spices and cook till soft. 6. Serve with keto chapati.
