How I Workout on Keto and One Meal a Day (OMAD on KETO Full Day of Eating)

Yes, on any diet. But what about if you combine keto and OMAD? That’s where things can get more difficult. I’ve been doing one meal a day on the ketogenic diet for over a year and I’ve built lean body mass quite easily. However, to make it easier, I’ve adjusted it slightly to promote performance while still gaining the benefits of intermittent fasting. I’m calling it the Targeted One Meal a Day Diet (TOMAD) because it incorporates aspects of the targeted ketogenic diet and eating once a day.
