That means that I have now lost 53.3 lbs – and I am more than please with that number! My goal weight is 135 lbs. These last few weeks I added in exercise with couch25k and the gym. My food choices have been on track. I’m not sure what is going on but I’ll just keep swimming, swimming, swimming! What would you do?
