Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars | Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Dessert Recipe

MACROS + FULL RECIPE + METRIC MEASUREMENTS: http://ift.tt/2jIuaeo These keto pumpkin spice cheesecake bars are one of my favorite keto desserts to date. Before going keto, high-carb pumpkin cheesecake bars used to be my kryptonite come October and Novemeber, but now I’ve found a keto version!! They taste unbelievably similar, even with some carrot puree subbed in for half the pumpkin puree to lower the carbs a bit. I would not recommend baking them, as that will up the carb content a bit because the high heat will turn more of the starches into sugars. ****NOTE: The ingredient quantities in the video and on the website are all for a FULL recipe, but I only filmed a half-recipe, meaning that the quantities you see written will make DOUBLE the amount of cheesecake bars shown. ******** ~~~~~ ******* ~~~~~~~ TPH is making an e-COOKBOOK!?!?! ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Recipes to be included: +Keto Tiramisu +Keto Snickers Bar +Keto Berry Muffins +Keto Chocolate Cake +Keto New York Cheesecake +Keto Pound Cake …and more Expected release date: October 1st, 2017. ******** ~~~~~~ ******* ~~~~~~~ _______Love FREE keto recipes like these? Several researches have linked the consumption of increased amounts of carbohydrates to development of several disorders such as diabetes and insulin resistance. By nature, carbohydrates are easily absorbable and therefore can be also be easily stored by the body. Digestion of carbohydrates starts right from the moment you put them into your mouth. As soon as you begin chewing them, amylase (the enzymes that digest carbohydrate) in your saliva is already at work acting on the carbohydrate-containing food. In the stomach, carbohydrates are further broken down. When they get into the small intestines, they are then absorbed into the bloodstream.
