Ketogenic (FAIL) – Full Day Of KETO Eating Keto Intermittent Fasting ****WATCH IN HD**** Many people have suggest for me to try the ketogenic diet. So many people tell me, “Just cut carbs and you will lose.” Well the fact is, I’ve tried it in the past and definitely lost LOTS of weight. However, . I gained it all back. It just wasn’t sustainable for me for long term. The cool thing is its now become a tool in my tool box that i can use anytime along with other eating styles I’ve learned while on this weight loss journey.
