Hey There! A full day of what I eat on keto! Eating a ketogenic diet has really become second natural to me at this point but I realize that trying to come up with fun options to keep keto interesting can be hard. If you are also like me and want to eat a whole food based diet it can be even more challenging. Recipes: Coffee 1 tablespoon of MCT Oil 1 table spoon of coconut oil 2 Tablespoons collagen (1 scoop) Coffee Waffle ¼ cup hazelnut flour 2 Tablespoons Cacao powder ( Real ground vanilla bean ¼ tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon coconut oil 2 tablespoons coconut milk Add stevia if you want it to be sweet Top as you like!
