Very Quick KETO Meal Prep – Easy Healthy Meals ALL WEEK! One and Done Meal Prep Cooking

I’m showing you how I cook ONCE and have food for an ENTIRE WEEK with my meal prep while on the Keto diet. These are low carb foods that I will eat for this entire week. We don’t use a microwave, but it only takes a few minutes to reheat these foods on the stove! I make marinated chicken and fry it on the cast iron grill. I then cook up a stir fry and a big pot of cream of cauliflower soup! I store everything in a glass pyrex container with a lid, in the fridge, and I take it out as needed.
