Only 5 Ingredients i)Whey Protein Isolate – One Heaping scoop ii)3 whole eggs iii)Coconut oil – 2 Tbsp iv)1/4 Tsp Baking Powder(optional) v)Stevia Macro-breakdown Protein=44.5g Fats=47.5g Carbs=0.3g (skip baking powder to make it zero carb) Note : Fats from coconut oil added to grease the pan hasn’t been taken into account. Add 14g of Fats to the macros per Tablespoon of Coconut oil used to grease the pan. Honestly u don’t need to put anything over these if u don’t flip them coz these pancakes are slight gooey from the other side and sweet enough.
