Cauliflower Mash Potatoes Recipe 1 Head of Cauliflower 3 Tablespoons heavy cream 1-2 Tablespoon Butter 1 Laughing cow cheese (or 2 oz plain cream cheese) Seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder, onion salt, salt, pepper) Directions Stem cauliflower until fork tender. Drain Add the rest of the ingredients in pot on low heat and mash together with potato masher (if you want super blended used blender) ▷ LET’S BE FRIENDS!
