A healthy diet should consist of fats and moderate amount of proteins. A diabetic diet should have high quantities of fat. Sugar stimulates hunger and you carve for more food. 40 % of all heart diseases are related to excess sugar. Keeping your blood sugar levels in control is a primary objective for a healthy body.
