KETO Week 10 Results │Weight Loss │Getting Ready for My First Extended Fast

I finally saw some weight loss this week which was great. However the majority of my week was tough. I was frustrated, annoyed, and confused by my weight loss stall. Watching Dr Fung’s videos on extended fasting are what gave me renewed motivation and made me turn the corner. I am ready to undergo my first extended fast. I will be filming the process so stay tuned.
